Historically, IP INNOVATIVE was founded in 2009 with a small number of medical books. Over time, it began to publish in journals and work with national medical institutes, libraries, colleges, universities, and the entire conservatoire. After making successful progress, we began to publish international content and grew our network of authors, reviewers, editors, scholars, researchers, channel partners, societies, institutions, and academic libraries worldwide. Since IP Innovative was a start-up, it had less no. of publication orders at first, which led to fewer employees and a smaller team. However, as work expands speedily after amazing growth and success, IP currently has a large staff of highly skilled professionals. Every department has a dedicated team, such as the teams for book publishing, copyediting, peer review, proofreading, and Graphic designing, Support backend team, Content writing team, Process training team, Human resource and management, IT team, and dispatch team.

Along with a growth the team has been increasing day by day. Now we are handling 50+ journals and 250+ books, preprints, open access, updated online training programs all over the world, expert training modules and tutorials as resources to our users.

Presently we are working on many new services and projects to serve our users and researchers to make the platform easier and accessible so that anyone can use and enjoy the publication process.

With a strong track record of 15 years of excellence, IP INNOVATIVE PUBLICATION has been rapidly pursuing success and expansion while enthusiastically keeping all of its promises and commitments. As a publishing house, we have expanded our presence throughout the globe in the scientific research community. Books and journals have published a remarkably and tremendously increased quantity of articles. As readers, authors, reviewers, and editors, we are seeing an increase in the number of people who are eager to voluntarily participation.

The majority of journals have been indexed in SCOPUS, NLM CATALOGUE, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, COPERNICUS, J- gate, ROAD, CrossRef, Microsoft Academic, Scilit and many more are under the Evaluation process of being indexed. In the past few years, IP has introduced a number of innovative services, such as IP Online for institutes, individuals, libraries, and institutional collaborations. Resources that provide easy access to videos, tutorials, and other educational materials for process and research publication education for all users such as readers, students, researchers, reviewers and editors . We are quickly expanding the number of books and journals available to all users and researchers, and we have just introduced open access and social contribution services for the less fortunate readers and scholars. We regularly update the books website, the blog area, and other services. Even though we have published over 272 volumes of books , a large number of them are accessible online on open access platforms, making them accessible to all readers to read, access and download the Content free of cost just with a good internet connection. In today’s modern world everyone is looking for digital platforms and services therefore we have made all services available digitally and with authenticity.

Our future aims and objectives are even more ambitious. For example, we intend to expand our publication network internationally by opening branches of INNOVATIVE PUBLICATION in other nations.
