Where patients in Group T received Tramadol 100mg(2ml) plus 8ml of Bupivacaine 0.125% (total volume of 10ml) as first dose & subsequent doses, 1ml Tramadol 50mg plus 9ml Bupivacaine 0.125% (total volume of 10ml). Drugs were given at epidural space using epidural catheter & surgery was performed under General anaesthesia.
