3. How to send a book application?

Email us the duly filled application form with the manuscript and its contents in a soft copy (Word file or editable format) to rakesh.its@gmail.com or info@ipinnovative.com.


4. Do I need to register myself before submitting my manuscript?

No, you don’t need to register yourself for that.


5. What are the publication charges for publishing a book/manuscript?

Publication charges depend on the type or number of pages of your book and will be decided by the management team when they receive your whole manuscript.


6. What are the author guidelines for publishing a manuscript?

Author guidelines will be sent to you when the publication query is received from your end.


7. How long will it take to publish a book?

The standard time frame for publishing a book is 2-3 months. However, it may also depend on the type of the book.


8. Will the publication house check the plagiarism of the books?

Yes, plagiarism in the original manuscript provided by the author will be checked by us. If found ineligible, it will be reverted to the author for modification or rejection.


9. Why do I publish my book with you, what are the benefits?

Payment can be made through electronic fund transfer or through Paytm. Offline mode is also available. Payment modes will be shared once the manuscript is accepted for publication with us.

We accept journal subscription orders of complete volume including all issues.


10. Can I subscribe journals from mid to mid of the year?

Sorry, we accept journal subscription orders according to the subscription year only (e.g., January to December).


11. When will I get the hardcopy of the subscribed Journals?

We dispatch all published issues, as per publishing frequency, generally within 20-30 days after publication.


12. Can I access the online version of printed issues?

Yes, all Innovative Publications Journals are available online with print subscription and will be activated within 5-7 working days after receiving all required details.

1. How can I join as a reviewer with IP Innovative?

You can join as a reviewer by registering on the MPRP Portal and then requesting to join as a reviewer by submitting all required details like educational background, Orcid ID, personal & professional details, etc. After scrutiny by the Editorial Office, your account will be activated, and you will be notified.


2. How can I provide constructive feedback on reviewed papers?

You can give feedback through MPRP by adding comments and attaching a Word file with suggestions and modifications. Highlight both positive aspects and areas for improvement. Suggest actionable solutions, be specific, concise, and respectful. Feedback should be given in points instead of paragraphs.


3. What's the expected turnaround time for reviews?

On average, we provide three durations for choosing the review time based on your availability:

  1. 0-5 Days
  2. 6-10 Days
  3. 11-15 Days

4. What are the benefits of joining as a reviewer?

Reviewing a manuscript is a time-taking process, but peer-reviewing offers several benefits to both reviewers and the scientific community by improving the quality of published research. 5. How to get a certificate after reviewing a paper?

Once you review an article and if the paper is accepted, you can download the certificate from MPRP by logging into your reviewer panel.


6. I received a mail for article termination or withdrawal from my reviewer panel, what does it mean?

This mail indicates that the paper has already been reviewed by another reviewer, and its status has changed, so it has been automatically removed from your reviewer account.

Yes, we provide usage statistics reports.


2. Can I subscribe to back volumes of the journals?

Yes, back volumes are available in our stock. You can subscribe to the current issue as well as back volumes.


3. How to submit an article online?

Articles can be submitted online using the ONLINE SUBMISSION PORTAL: MPRP. First-time users need to register, then after email verification, log in as an author and submit the article in the desired journal along with the cover letter.


4. How to check the indexing of the journal?

For indexing information, visit the specific journal’s website. Indexing and abstracting information can be found on the about us page of each journal.


5. Can I request a fee waiver?

Our journals are renowned for their rigorous peer-review process and wide readership. The APC is essential for our operations. We recommend submitting your article first; based on the article and peer-review process, we may offer a reasonable discount. For questions, contact us.


6. How much time does the peer review process take?

In IP Innovative, the peer review process generally takes 25-30 days on average, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 35-40 days, depending on reviewer availability, author responsiveness, and article type.


7. Can I ask for reprints of my work after publication?

Yes, we encourage reprints to enhance visibility, collaboration, and promotions. Ensure that reprint versions are clearly marked as such.


8. How can I track the status of my submitted article?

You can track the status of your submitted article using the tracking option of MPRP – Manuscript Peer Review Process, using your registered email ID and article reference number.


9. Are IP Journals indexed as per NMC Guidelines?

Yes, some journals are indexed as per new NMC Guidelines.

11. What is the next procedure after my paper is accepted?

After receiving article acceptance notification, you need to submit the copyright form along with APC (Article Publication Charges). After completion, we will share the acceptance letter and move your article to the production stage.


12. Can I update or correct my article after publication?

Before publishing online, we share the draft galley proof with the corresponding author. Any corrections can be notified or highlighted in the Galley Proof PDF for updates before publication.

14. Is there any limit for authors to include their name in a paper?

Yes, there is a limit of 5 authors. If a paper includes more than five additional authors, an additional charge will be applied: 500 INR for authors from India and 25 USD for authors from other countries.


15. How to generate a copyright form?

You can generate the copyright form by logging into your Author Panel on MPRP. Under the Submitted Article option, at the bottom of the page, you can provide author details and signatures to create the form.


16. How to get author services from IP Innovative?

17. Is there any method to increase citations of published articles?

Yes, promote your article on social media like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc., by sharing the direct link. You can also write a short blog linking to the published article and share it publicly to increase reach and citations.


18. How to increase word count & references in submitted articles if they fall short of journal guidelines?

If the word count is less than the journal guidelines, you may add paraphrased paragraphs from previously published articles in the journal’s archive, citing them to avoid plagiarism and increase the journal’s citations.


19. What can be done after rejection of a paper from IP Innovative?

If your article is rejected during the peer-review process, you can modify it to address all corrections and drawbacks and resubmit it to the same or another similar IP Innovative journal. It will be processed from step zero, but publication is not guaranteed.


20. Is there any certificate an author can get after publishing a paper with IP Innovative?

Yes, you can download the author certificate from MPRP by logging into your author panel once the article is published online.


21. How to suggest a reviewer if we want to?

You can suggest two reviewers after submitting your manuscript via MPRP, providing their name, email ID, and contact number in the provided option.
