Dr. Nikita Pandit is a professional with a passion for literature and a keen eye for innovation. As a Founder and Director in IP Innovative Publication Pvt. Ltd., She has spearheaded a number of projects that have strengthened the company's stand in the publishing sector.

With a background in similar domains, she has completed her Educational journey including BSc in Agriculture (2002), an MSc in Agronomy (2005), an MBA in International Trade (2008), other MBA in Supply Chain Management (2011), a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Writing (2017), and Ph.D. in Clinical Research.

She is articulating the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals, from 2012 and providing effective leadership, fostering a positive corporate culture. Also, she is involved in overseeing financial health, with profitability and sustainable growth of the company. She is identifying new business opportunities and products, and also developing and maintaining improving services.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is known for her dedication to fostering talent and promoting diversity within the publishing industry. She is actively involved in mentorship and academic directing
