Vaishali Kanojiya is currently working as the Editorial Manager at IP Innovative Publications, having joined the organisation in August 2023. Her professional background include 3+ years as a tutor at Deeksha Classes Pvt Ltd, Jodhpur and 2 years of experience as an HR Professional at Airvoice Financial Services, Delhi.

Ms. Kanojiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (2018) and a Master's degree in Biochemistry (2021) from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. During her university days, she was an active member of the National Service Scheme.

As Editorial Manager, Ms. Vaishali is responsible for a range of tasks, including Communication with authors, reviewers and editors, tracking manuscript progress through the publication process, managing the company's editorial workflow, on boarding new editorial and reviewer board members and overseeing the entire editorial peer-review process, she coordinated with copyediting team for final production of article.

She has a keen interest in writing and literature, having written articles during her post-graduation studies. She has also presented seminars on various research-related topics. Her expertise includes scientific journal development, data collection and editorial workflow management. She is well-versed in performing end-to-end operations of article processing and publication. With a passion for literature and a talent for communication, Ms. Vaishali ensures that projects are completed efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.
