Invitation to Reviewers

At least two subject experts review manuscripts submitted to the journal. Reviewers are required to assess the paper's quality and advise the external editor on whether a submission should be rejected, accepted, or require significant or minor revisions.

Reviewers are being invited in the following manner:

• Immediately accept or reject any invitation based on the abstract and title of the manuscript.

• If an invitation needs to be decline, recommend alternative reviewers.

• Request an extension in case more time is required to compose a report.

• The reviewer must evaluate the originality, content significance, presentation quality, scientific validity, reader interest, overall manuscript, and importance to the Journal, among other factors.

• Offer a comprehensive suggestion regarding the choice of the manuscript for publication.

• Present construction specifics of the peer review report in bullet points rather than in paragraph form.
