Copyright is a legal concept that grants the Authors and Publisher an exclusive right to its use and distribution with the intention of enabling the creator to receive compensation for their intellectual effort under specific Licensing.
The authors sign the copyright/consent declaration form and acknowledge that IP Innovative Publication is responsible for releasing the work to the publisher with the consent of all co-authors. The authors give the publisher complete publishing rights while keeping the copyright to their work. The author grants the publisher the sole right to commercially use the article. They grant the publisher the only right and license to publish for the duration of the copyright's entire legal term. The transfer of publication rights includes the right to distribute and reproduce the content, including reprints, translations, pictures, reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproduction.
Usually, licensing for publication entails getting the authors' or copyright holder's consent to use their work for publication. This permission can vary depending on the kind of work and the publisher's intended usage.
Innovative Publication publish journals and Books in open access providing free, unrestricted online access to the author’s work. It enables us to publish articles under creative common licensing which allows others to view and reuse the content by providing proper attribution to the original Creator.

• Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial 4.0 International allows us to remix, distribute, adapt and build in any format by providing appropriate credit to the authentic writer and we are not allowed to use it commercially.
• Creative Commons Attribution - Attribution 4.0 International allows us to distribute, remix and adapt in any medium after providing proper attribution to the creator. It allows us to utilize it for commercial purposes.
