Innovative Publication resolves all the allegations and research misconduct on publication ethics and publication malpractice. We follow the code of conduct and best publication practices in scientific publication and adhere to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
• Authors must certify that currently, the manuscript is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Submitting the same paper to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing practice.
• Submitting or releasing someone else hypothesis or idea, stealing content and research work is an abuse of the original creator's work which is considered to be unethical.
• Research misconduct is considered to be fabrication and plagiarism which does not include errors while writing by the author or differences in opinions of the co-authors.
• If the author of the reported article accepts the misconduct complaint, the editorial office will take necessary action as per scenario.
• Once the article gets published, and report any misconduct later than an erratum, Corrigendum or retraction may be necessary to counter the situation.
• If the misconduct is reported during the review process, then the review process may continue, following the relevant changes made by the author(s).
• Non-reporting of observed misconduct, and covering up suspected research misconduct by others is also considered to be unethical.
Our team will definitely take necessary action for any reported allegations and research misconduct.
Innovative Publication will do retraction of articles when there are significant errors, Ethical concerns and fraudulent data in the published work. Retractions are considered to be an essential way for journals to maintain the integrity of the scientific record. It can be the result of several reasons such as plagiarism, falsification of data, Ethical violations, multiple submissions of articles, authorship issues, etc. A valid reason for the Retraction is required for every issued retraction or sometimes an author explanation is needed as well. We follow the COPE Retraction guidelines. In such cases, please contact editorialoffice@ipinnovative.com .
It is a small error or mistake, typically one found in a printed work upon publication. These errors are specific errors including typos, formatting, graphical changes, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, etc. though they don’t alter the actual findings of the research. Erratums happen when the publisher, not the authors, makes a mistake; hence, the author is not charged. The editorial/production team provides it, and if faults are discovered within a certain amount of time, they will be highlighted and noted in a distinct section at the conclusion of the print edition.
These errors are found in printed work upon the article publishing. Such errors are specific errors including spelling errors, author's affiliation changes, documentation or any legal changes, additional authors requests, content addition, information, etc. which are associated with authors. If these modifications are minor, they can be rectified, and the article will be printed in later issue with rectifications. Major errors will lead to some costs, appropriate discussion, or investigation if necessary. After corrections, the work will be released in other print copies.
Corrigenda typically do not address errors that significantly affect the scientific validity of the findings.
